VIDEO: 6am workout  26-4-17

Today’s workout is all about the hamstrings! The hamstrings sometimes do not get the attention that they deserve, so we wanted to change that today and give the quads a break! There are not too many technical points to highlight. Just make sure you keep your hips as high off the ground as possible when doing both the heel walkouts and alternating leg raises. Plus, when doing the overhead toe touchers, make sure to just slightly bend the knees, before jumping high into the air.
