Recipe: Super Green Risotto
As you know I love all Italian food and am particularly fond of the classics, pasta, pizza and risotto, all of which get a very bad rep for being unhealthy these days. It is not quite as black and white as that though, all these foods can be eaten in moderation and there are plenty of ways to make them more healthy. This super green risotto is the perfect example! I would not call it a classic risotto as it is definitely a healthier version, but I will say that it tastes awesome!
This dish is a perfect meal for any time of the day and is a great way to pack in the green veg! So if, like me, you still want to enjoy your favourite carbs guilt free then definitely try this dish!
