VIDEO: Workout 12 Week 10

Here we go the final workout of the 12 week 4321 challenge! This workout is completely different to all the others we have done. The objective is to complete the circuit as many times as possible in 15 minutes. You can rest when needed, but try to keep them to a minimum and push yourself as hard as possible. Today, we are standardising the workout and everyone is doing the workout at the same level. Those of you that are more advanced (Elite & Master) should simply complete the circuit more times in the allotted 15 minutes. Give it all you have got and try to keep a tally of how many times you complete the circuit, that way you can compare week 9 to week 12! Go for it guys! 💪 #4321lifestyle

Lunges x 14 (7 each leg)
Sit ups x 7
Burpees x 7
Press ups x 7
Leg raises x 7
Explosive star jumps x 7
Skydivers x 7

The workouts follow the same format as The 4321 Method®’s Signature Collection. Workout 9 is arms, core and interval training, workout 10 is legs, core and interval training and workouts 11 and 12 are full body HIIT sessions. In week 9 you complete workouts 9, 10, 11 & 12 and repeat the same workouts in weeks 10, 11 & 12. The reason for this is to see the progression in each workout. Doing constantly different workouts has its benefits, but it is far more difficult to get to grips with each workout and to see how much you have improved. Following this programme leaves you feeling motivated and excited about continuing because you can see how far you have come!
