ARTICLE: 4321 Challenge-Leader Board

8 weeks of the 12 week 4321 Challenge have now been completed so it is the perfect time to check how the competition is lining up and give everyone a push for the final 4 weeks! Before we do that though lets just have a quick reminder about what is up for grabs at the end of the 12 weeks!

Firstly, to take part you need to have liked the post pinned to the top of the page and tag a friend that might want to compete with you. You then have to complete each of the 4 workouts posted a week and like each post to let me know that you have completed it. Each like will gain you a point. Every Friday, I also post my weekly food plan and you are encouraged to do the same. Once you have written yours you are also to like this post. Again, each like will gain you a point. At the end of the 12 weeks, the person with the most points will win the FULL 4321 Signature Collection which is a years worth of online training and coaching! Incredible!

The leader board is incredibly close with Kelly Ann narrowly in the lead by just 2 points! A big well done to Kelly Ann for being so consistent over the 8 weeks and missing just 1 workout! Absolutely fantastic! Following very closely behind is Lorna who also deserves a special shout out for getting maximum available points from weeks 5-8! Incredible work Lorna, well done! In fact everyone in the top 10 has done so well! I hope you are all enjoying the challenge and feeling the benefits! All you need to do now is keep working hard for the last 4 weeks!

I cannot wait to announce the winner in week 12 and I will also have a few smaller prizes for a couple of the runners up! Anyway, the leader board is pictured below featuring the top 10 challengers at the end of 8 weeks. Check it out and see if you can spot your name.

p.s. the scores are accurate as of Saturday 8-7-17. You can still gain points for these workouts after this date, the table will simply be updated.
