Advanced Sit Ups

Sit ups are always a popular ab exercise, but after a while they can become pretty straight forward and often we can end up doing large sets of them to keep the difficulty level up. Well there is no need to do that anymore because these two variations make them far more difficult.

The key for both the sit ups featured is to find that sweet spot where your back is not resting on the floor, but you can feel the abs working hard. Also, when doing the pulse be sure to only make very small movements, this actually makes the exercise more difficult and you will definitely feel the burn! 

As with the press ups last week there are so many variations to sit ups so make sure you do vary them and look for alternatives as soon as sit ups become too easy. You never want to plateau!
