Roll Back Squats

This was the very first 4321 exercise of the week from the start of 2017. I wanted to post it again as I have re-introduced them to my workouts and am feeling the benefits. Plus, whilst they are challenging they are also pretty fun!

These squats are a great test of flexibility and strength as you need to be able to squat low enough that you can safely roll onto your back and then have the strength to stand up on the spot without having to move your feet. It looks much easier than it is!

There is something fun about this exercise too, which is always a bonus, so make sure you give it a try. If you like this exercise, then please share with friends and family and challenge them to do it too! Also, head over to The 4321Method®’s Facebook page to be the first to see the 4321 Exercise of the Week every Tuesday!
