VIDEO: 6am workout 22-3-17

 

On paper this looks like a simple workout, but do not let it deceive you as the squats are more complicated than they look! Every 3 reps we pause and hold at the bottom of the movement. A simple enough addition to a standard squat, but what a difference it makes to the difficultly level! Trust me, you will be feeling the burn in no time at all!

The reason for this squat variation is to highlight how simple changes can be incredibly effective! To up your programme, you do not need to hit the gym or squat heavy. There are so many ways you can keep progressing all from the comfort of your own home! Give it a try!
