ARTICLE: MY FOOD PLAN 1-7-17
I do believe that simplicity is the key to success with everything and I am finding that keeping my food plan as simple as possible has been such a key to my weight being as stable as it is. I know it might look boring but even though my meals do not vary day to day, they do vary week to week and I make sure that every meal consists of something that I absolutely love to eat.
If you have been looking at my food diaries week to week you may have noticed that I have been having one vegetarian meal for either lunch or dinner. I decided to mix it up this week simply because I wanted a change. I opted for the Antonio Carluccio’s pork hand-made sausages, an absolute fave of both mine and Giulio’s and is a dish I have not made for a while! I will make the peperonata with them for one or two nights, but will change that as the days go on, probably serving them with salad or other veg that I have in the fridge.
I am also still enjoying my wee square of dark chocolate in the afternoon so keeping that in most days and aside from that, everything is pretty straight forward! If you have not done a food plan before, I would really encourage you to give it a try. It makes your working week so much simpler!
