This week is slightly out of the ordinary as I am going to a wedding on Thursday, but that has not changed the process for the food plan, I just worked around it. In some ways it actually makes this week easier as there is one less week day to think about, which is always a bonus!

This weekend I am unsure what I will be doing during the day. I will either eat out or if I eat in the house I have planned for vegetarian sausages. They are a great option when I do not know my plans as they cook straight from frozen, minimising food wastage if I end up eating out, but are also quick and easy to cook if I decide to eat at home. Frozen food always comes in handy so I like to make sure I always have a few options ready if I need them!

Super green risotto is on the lunch menu the rest of the week. Giulio is eating on the run almost all week at the moment so lunch needs to be portable and taste good hot or cold! Risotto is perfect for this type of situation, plus this version is packed full of green vegetables so it is really filling! On Friday night I have planned to have some pasta. I cannot remember the last time I had a plate of pasta and I just really wanted some this week. I do not know what kind I will have, I will just decide nearer the time, but I am already looking forward to it!
