I don’t think it gets any more classic than minestrone soup. For those of you that have been looking at my food plan week on week, you will notice that it is a fairly regular feature in my diet. That is because it is hearty, comforting, tasty and packed full of vegetables!
Soup is always a favourite lunch time dish for anyone trying to lose weight. It is important though to opt for a hearty soup, like minestrone, and not a watery one, otherwise you will be feeling hungry just a short time later. No one wants that!!
