Recipe: Lamb Kofta Curry

I love a good curry, but it is not something that I cook very often. I am not very familiar with all the spices and so always feel a bit out of my depth. However, I found a good recipe online and decided to give it a try. It was really nice, but both Giulio and I felt like it could do with just a little bit more punch. After a couple of attempts this was the final product and we absolutely loved it!

The great thing about this recipe is that you can make more than one dish from it. The meatballs would taste great on their own in a pitta and the sauce itself can be used with any meat, which is particularly good if you are short on time and want something packed full of flavour but without taking the time to make the meatballs.

If you are a curry fan, please check it out and, even more so, if you make a mean curry some feedback or tips would be welcome. It is something I really want to learn more about!
