This is my ideal type of meal, fresh food cooked with just a handful of ingredients. For me, the simpler the better when it comes to meals and I do not just mean in terms of cooking time or effort, I mean in terms of flavours and ingredients. I like classic Italian meals that focus on good quality fresh ingredients and allowing them to be the star attraction. This sea bass is only enhanced by a touch of seasoning and some fresh lemon. One word, buonissimo!

This meal is everything I love about food and cooking. I am by no means a chef and I live a very busy life, so it is important for me to eat quick and healthy meals that taste delicious. To cook this meal requires very little skill and takes about 10 minutes from start to finish. I made it when I came in from work at 8.30pm and was absolutely delighted with the outcome!
